Warranty
Yogo Imports Ltd. warrants to the purchaser or the gift recipient that if any manufacturing defect becomes apparent in this product within thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase, it will be replaced free of charge.

Return and Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of this product Yogo Imports Ltd. does not accept returns or exchanges of used Cosy Comforts, however manufacture defects are accepted.
Yogo Imports Ltd. will return or exchange your purchase under the following conditions:

• All products must be returned within thirty days (30) of purchase.
• The products must be as new, i.e. unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
• Email support@yogoimports.com with the following details: Your Name, Invoice Number, Product Name, Reason for Return, and if this is a Request for Replacement or Return.
• Yogo Imports Ltd. will reply by email.

PLEASE NOTE: Postage / shipping and handling of the product is not refundable. Yogo Imports Ltd. return policy does not apply if the product/s have been used, worn, soiled or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product/s that does not meet these requirements. It is suggested that you insure your return package, as Yogo Imports Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any product/s lost/damaged during shipment.
